There Is Stimulus Money Available For BOTH 1st Time & Repeat Home Buyers
Both first time and repeat buyers can get a government stimulus check. Although lots of folks have heard about the $8,000 tax credit if you are a first time home buyer, many folks don’t know there is $6,500 available to folks that have owned a home for 5 years.
You have to sign a purchase contract by April 30, 2010.
The definition of 1st time homebuyer is anyone who has not owned a home for 3 years. So if you owned and sold a home more than 3 years ago and have been renting, you qualify for the $8,000.
The money back from the government is a tax CREDIT- So in general if before you bought the home you were entitled to a tax refund of $2,000, after buying the home you’ll be entitle to a refund of $10,000. If before you bought the home you owed Uncle Sam $2,000, after buying the home Uncle same will be sending you a check for $6,000. I’m not a tax expert so you should be sure to speak to a tax expert to get the details on your particular situation.
Call or send me an email and I’ll get you a list of homes you can own and get money back from the government.
This is one of the best parts of the government stimulus plan because you do not have to be a big corporation to get $$$ from the government. This program puts money in the pockets of regular hard working citizens.
